Nexvolt Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Signal Breach mobile application (the "Game"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Game.

Game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard scores may be stored on Google Play Games servers if you choose to sign in. We do not operate our own servers for data storage.

Signal Breach is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our Game, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
